STEP 1: Using a strip of paper or tape measure, wrap it around your wrist by fitting it right above the wrist bone on your arm, which is where you’ll wear a cuff bracelet. If you are using a plain strip of paper, mark your size with a pen on that paper. Then measure that paper strip with a ruler. This measurement is the circumference of your wrist.
STEP 2: Compare your wrist circumference to the chart below.
Cuffs 101: When you wear your bracelet and put your bracelet on and take it off, do it just ABOVE your wrist bone, where your wrist is the narrowest and where you are measuring your wrist for size. Many people tend to do this maneuver right on the bone, which is more difficult and can be painful! Cuffs are much more comfortable when worn just above the wrist bone, too.
